The Panasonic GH3 mirrorless M43 digital camera is a high quality still and video camera that improves on the already successful Panasonic GH2. It has more resolution and can shoot slow motion up to 60fps at full 1080p HD.It is equipped with a 4-CPU Venus Engine that allows you to capture full HD video at higher frame rates as well as RAW and JPEG stills. The Panasonic GH3 is compatible with the Lumix G series lenses but can also be used with virtually any lens with the right adapter. The Panasonic GH3 is also capable of shooting in very low light as it has a high ISO setting of 12800. Video can be captured in AVCHD or H.264 formats. The bit rate when shooting AVCHD goes from 17 to 28Mbps and when shooting H.264 from 4 to 72Mbps. The Panasonic GH3 records video and stills on SDHC cards.
